This site has recordings of a talking budgie who understood the English language and could talk about almost anything. It began with a parrot intelligence case study and proved budgies could talk in context having their own unique sense of humor.
On the site you can hear many of Victors funniest recordings. All I ask is that you give yourself time to adjust to his accent as he could talk in excess of 200 words per minute. All recordings are accompanied with QuickTime5 audio captions to help you follow the words.
